Join teachers Anna and Melissa for a fun-filled week, creative week exploring the art of photography, with nature-inspired art projects sprinkled throughout our days in Golden Gate Park.
This week focuses on black-and-white photography, where children will learn to see the world through light and shadow. We'll explore concepts such as composition, contrast, texture and perspective, while practicing both technical and artistic skills. Campers will learn how to use a camera, experiment with more advanced photo concepts, and visit an art museum for inspiration.
Each child will select their favorite photograph to be professionally printed in an 8X10 format, which will be delivered approximately two weeks after camp.
